Aim To study ovarian steroidogenesis endometrium during adjuvant therapy pre-menopausal patients hormone-dependent cancer. Materials methods All at inclusion had intact menstrual function received tamoxifen. Group 1 included 42 without chemotherapy, group 2 41 chemotherapy. Depending safety function, each was divided into subgroups. At control points (3, 6 9 months from start therapy) underwent transvaginal ultrasound measurement thickness, also determined content follicle-stimulating hormone estradiol peripheral blood.
